When I started this feature, I declared that it would be about all kinds of kisses. Well, so far I only highlighted beautiful kisses. It’s time to shake things up a little. Today I want to quote a gloriously awkward kiss.
“‘Are you sure about this?’ I asked, meaning was she sure we should be in this room but she said, ‘Yes, I’m sure,’ and she kissed me.
I was a bit gobsmacked, to be honest. I’ve never really had a proper kiss before. I’m not sure how to describe it really. It was sort of … meaty. She was almost chewing my lips. Without breaking off, I put the bottle down on the table behind me and started chewing right back.”from ‘Boys Don’t Knit (in Public)’ by T.S. Easton
Boys Don’t Knit is such a lovely and funny “make-you-feel-good” story. It’s on a youngish side of YA, but I’m sure both teenagers and adults would enjoy this book.

Haha..I love it! Sort of meaty!
Lip chewing, interesting and funny. Great feature, thanks for sharing.
Love this feature. And wow what an awkward kiss. I think we have all had those kisses. Awkward not lip chewing. Although some may have had that too. I need to read this book. Looks so funny.
Ha! I love that one! I heard this book is good too. Did you like it?
For What It’s Worth
I love the sound of this one Ksenia just going by that scene. I love book kisses, they can be sexy, awkward and just downright hilarious, or a mixture of them all. I’ll definitely be checking this one out now, it sounds super cute <3
PS. How have you been sweetheart?
Ha awkward kisses happen. I have had this book on my TBR forever. I will have to revisit it!
